CEC12 will be hosting a District 12 Virtual Town Hall Event with Chancellor Meisha Porter on Tuesday, May 11, 2021, from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm.

The Grades 6–8 English Language Arts (ELA) and Mathematics exams, and the Grade 8 Science exam, will only be administered at the school building. We will adhere to COVID-19 health and safety protocols. Health and safety are our first priorities. We are asking for you to sign up so we can create testing schedules and room assignments that allow for social distancing protocols.

If you would like your child to participate in this year’s State exams, please notify us by clicking on "Read full story" to opt-in or opt-out of state testing. Responses are required by April 13, 2021.

Parents should complete the form whether their children are learning in-person or remotely.

School resumes on Monday, April 5, 2021 with remote learning for all students. In-person staff and students return to the school building on Tuesday, April 6, 2021

Students will be dismissed at 11:30 AM on Thursday, March 11, 2021 for Parent Teacher Conferences. Afternoon conferences will be held from 12:20 PM to 2:50 PM. Evening conferences will be held from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM.

Don't be stuck without a High School for September! Applications are due on Monday, March 1, 2021 for all 8th graders. Applications must be submitted through the MySchools account.

Middle schools will reopen for In-person instruction on Thursday, February 25, 2021. Blended learning students will now attend daily. COVID testing consent is required.

High School Applications are due on Monday, March 1, 2021. Applications must be submitted through the MySchools account.

School resumes for remote instruction on Monday, February 22, 2021. Students will follow an in-person B day schedule remotely.

School buildings will reopen for in-person leaning on Thursday, February 25, 2021.

SCHOOL REOPENS ON MONDAY, FEBRUARY 22, 2021 FOR REMOTE LEARNING. IN-PERSON DAILY INSTRUCTION BEGINS ON THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 25, 2021.

COVID-19 TESTING CONSENT IS REQUIRED FOR IN-PERSON STUDENTS AND STAFF. STUDENTS WITHOUT CONSENT ON FILE WILL BE SWITCHED TO REMOTE LEARNING.

In order for students to return to in-person learning, the consent from for in-school COVID-19 testing must be submitted in advance. Each week, 20% of in-person students will be tested. The COVID-19 testing consent can be completed online using the NYC Schools Account. STUDENTS WITHOUT A COMPLETED COVID-19 CONSENT ON FILE WILL BE CHANGED TO REMOTE LEARNING.
