M.S. 129 families are invited to join our School Wellness Event to learn about health and wellness. Participants will learn about health snacks, sample tastings created by Chef Eddy, and take part in a Brain Power Wellness class.

M.S. 129 families are invited to join the fun in our annual Family Fun Night. On Thursday, May 22, 2025 from 5:30-7:30 PM, M.S. 129 scholars are invited with their families to participate in board games, basketball, volleyball, and the Science Fair Expo.

Evening Parent-Teacher Conferences for middle schools takes place on Thursday, May 8, 2025. Students have a regular full school day. Evening Conferences take place virtually from 4:00-7:00 PM. Please log in or create an account using PTC Wizard to schedule conferences with ease!

NYS MATH EXAM - WEDNESDAY, MAY 7th AND THURSDAY, MAY 8th

The New York State Math Exam will be administered on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 and Thursday, May 8, 2025. Students must be in school no later than 8:00 AM. Students who come to school early will receive a special breakfast!

The M.S. 129 Friendship Dance takes place on Thursday, February 13, 2025 from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Students with perfect attendance from Monday, February 10th to Thursday, February 13th will be invited to and permitted to the dance.

TUESDAY, JANUARY 28th & THURSDAY, JANUARY 30th - iREADY DIAGNOSTIC ASSESSMENTS

Students will be taking the iReady Diagnostic in ELA on Tuesday, January 28, 2025 and the iReady Diagnostic in Math on Thursday, January 30, 2025. This assessment will show the progress each student has made in ELA and math and let the teachers know how to best support your children. Please be sure your child comes to school on time!
