WINTER SPIRIT WEEK - MONDAY, JANUARY 26 TO FRIDAY, JANUARY 30

Winter Spirit Week kicks off on Monday, January 26, 2026! Students should show their school spirit by participating in each theme for Sprit Week. **Students who do not participate in any day of Spirt Week must wear their school uniform on that day.

PICTURE ABSENTEE/RETAKE DAY - WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 28, 2026

Students who were absent on Picture Day last month will be picked up to be photographed for the yearbook. Students who want to retake their pictures must return their picture package and will have their pictures taken at no additional charge.

THURSDAY, JANUARY 22nd & FRIDAY, JANUARY 23rd - iREADY DIAGNOSTIC ASSESSMENTS

Students will be taking the iReady Diagnostic in ELA on Thursday, January 22, 2026 and the iReady Diagnostic in Math on Friday, January 23, 2026. This assessment will show the progress each student has made in ELA and math and let the teachers know how to best support your children. Please be sure your child comes to school on time!

IT'S TIME TO SCHEDULE PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCES!

Parent-Teacher Conferences for middle schools takes place on Thursday, November 13, 2025. Students will be dismissed at 11:30 AM. Afternoon Conferences take place from 12:20 PM - 2:20 PM. Evening Conferences take place from 4:00-7:00 PM. Please log in or create an account using PTC Wizard to schedule conferences with ease!

HAUNTED HALLS AT M.S. 129 - OCTOBER 29, 2025

Students are invited to join the 3rd Annual Haunted Halls event on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 from 4:30 PM-6:00 PM. Eligibility requirements include 100% attendance for October, ROYAL behavior following the CROWN matrix, and completion of assignments/passing grades. Permissions slips will be distributed.
